The things I say no to. Publicly and specifically.
- Speculative pitches or multi-agency beauty parades. We don’t pitch for free.
- Hand off to juniors. There are no juniors. There’s Adam. Beginning to end.
- Create dependency. The goal is making myself unnecessary.
- Chase awards. We optimise for changed customer behaviour, team independence, and whether you’d hire us again.
- Make committee-safe work. If it has to survive twelve rounds of approval, it’s already compromised.
- Sell standalone training. I don’t run a training day for a team that isn’t also doing real work during or around the day. Here’s why →
