The Diagnostic Workshop. One to two days. Immediate clarity.
THE PITCH
Most consultancies want you to commit before you’ve experienced how they work. We’d rather prove it first.
The diagnostic workshop is one or two days with your team → a structured capability assessment where you co-discover what’s actually blocking performance. Not a presentation you sit through. An experience you participate in.
Live brief exercises with real-time turnaround. Critique sessions using the evaluation framework. Behavioral analysis of your current creative process. By lunchtime on day one, you’ll already know something useful about your team that you didn’t know before breakfast.
You’ll leave with two things: a diagnostic report identifying your team’s specific capability gaps and priorities, and the lived experience of a different way of working. The first is a deliverable. The second is the beginning of the education. Both faders above zero → even on a one-day engagement.
This is where most clients start. It’s designed that way. Low commitment, high insight. And if you want to go deeper afterwards, the diagnostic tells us exactly where to focus.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You want to experience the Aizle methodology before committing to deeper work
- You know something’s wrong with your team’s output but can’t diagnose specifically what
- You need a structured assessment to build the internal case for investment
- You want immediate, actionable insight → not a three-month wait for a strategy deck
- You’ve been burned before and want proof before commitment. Fair enough. Australians get that.
WHAT HAPPENS
Day 1: Kick-off and context. Live brief exercises. Real-time critique using the evaluation framework. Initial behavioral analysis of your creative process.
Day 2 (if two-day format): Deeper diagnostic. AI-assisted analysis of recent creative output. Team feedback workshops. Collaborative gap analysis.
After: You receive a diagnostic report within one week → capability gaps, priority areas, and a recommended path forward. Whether that path includes Aizle or not.
WHAT YOU GET
- Diagnostic report: specific capability gaps and priorities for your team
- The evaluation framework: a reusable tool for assessing creative work
- Recommended next steps: honest, whether they involve us or not
- The experience: a lived demonstration of what working differently feels like
