You’ll leave with three things: a clearer understanding of what’s actually blocking your team’s output (usually different from what you think), at least one thing you can act on before we talk again, and an honest assessment of whether working together makes sense.
Some calls end with “let’s do this.” Some end with “here’s who might help instead.” Both outcomes are useful.
