What people say;
Aizle wasn’t built in a silo. It was born from years of navigating the space between commercial creative and strategy work, and creative education. I’ve always believed that the most exciting innovations happen when you bridge gaps—between the classroom and the boardroom, between human intuition and artificial intelligence, and between “what is” and “what could be.”
But you don’t have to take my word for it.
Over the 15+ years, I’ve had the privilege of partnering with some of the sharpest minds in the industry across Europe and APAC. From turning around agency offices to designing future-proof curriculums for global institutions, these stories reflect the rigour, curiosity, and shared ambition that drive everything we do at Aizle today.

At LIONS, we had a vision of creating the LIONS cMBA – an online learning course using the Cannes Lions experience and we spent an intense week with Adam and the Berghs team to help us shape the brilliant stage content and Lion-winning work that is our USP into a structured learning course. Adam helped us map out the elements that were essential for a course on creativity, and pointed out how to elevate them to something that made unmissable learning content. He brought insight, expertise – and a lot of hard work.
Working with Adam was a delight – he is so enthusiastic and so knowledgeable. He kept our thinking structured around the needs of the learner and academic principles. He brought rigour to our curriculum, making strong recommendations that we kept in the course to this day. He highlighted where elements of the course could be fashioned around the need of the creative, and his deep understanding of how creatives think and how brands want to leverage creativity really helped us to design something with longlasting impact for our customers.
Adam has an infectious passion for the creative process, a forensic knowledge of how to design a learning course that is useful and is also a brilliant collaborator. He definitely always makes work fun and I always always learn something in a conversation with him.

Adam possesses a rare combination of creative intuition and pedagogical strategy. He has a strong ability to coach students and strengthen their creative abilities and also consistently elevating the quality and ambition of our international programmes. During his time at Berghs, he explored AI on an advanced level and translated that knowledge into learning experiences.
As a Creative Director in the Berghs Studio, Adam bridged the gap between educational theory and commercial reality. Whether developing new initiatives or coaching talent on portfolio, or developing commercial projects for brands, he steadily raised the level of the output.
He is a great person to work with, bringing sharp trend awareness and fresh perspectives that lead to exciting creative output. He can deliver high-quality creative work while simultaneously teaching a team how to achieve it themselves. A genuine asset for any organisation looking to strengthen and future-proof its creative capability.

We are very lucky that a compassionate, worldly, dedicated professional such as Adam is involved in the education of the next generation of talent. Adam is a top professional, with a fantastic personality and a real zest for life. He builds relationships with people of all cultures effortlessly, having spent many years working with a global perspective, yet with a personal touch that is so rare. The work he does with corporate clients as well as students is truly impressive. A great asset to the Swedish business and education ecosystem.

I hired Adam to complete the rather difficult task of restoring our Melbourne office and building its creative credibility. Despite all odds, he built a team and a culture of creativity and helped me connect Wunderman’s Australian offices as a national model, making it hugely successful and profitable within Y&R Group Australia.

Adam is a very rare breed of a creative person that is perfectly suited to today’s complex, multi-media world.
Adam is a great art director who can also craft compelling and powerful copy. Adam is equally at home laying out print advertisements or designing and building digital assets.
Adam lives in the shoes of today’s youth consumers but is also equally comfortable selling his ideas in the corporate boardroom directly to a senior client. And Adam’s great personality makes him a pleasure to work with.
I recommend him strongly and use him as much as my freelance budget will allow!

It’s been great working with Adam for the last 10 months at Wunderman. He has a wealth of experience in advertising and really ‘gets’ digital. As Creative Director here he’s always been passionate about the jobs we’ve produced and has in turn pushed me within my own work. His attention to detail is matched only by his charisma and enthusiasm. Somehow I’m sure our paths will cross again, and I’m looking forward to working with Adam in the future.
